Post Accident Expenses

For those of you who don't already know, I was in a bad car accident early Monday morning and as a result suffered the total loss of my car, and significant injuries to myself, including a cracked rib.  I'm okay at this point, albeit in a lot of pain, but now I'm going to have a bunch of expenses coming up that I will need to cover as a result of this accident.  And, while I don't have a list of those right now, I do know that they're coming as they always do.  So any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
