Help Baby Kaenon J. Slagle-Francis

Kaenon James Slagle-Francis was born on Wednesday March 21. He was flown to Portland on March 22. Kaenon then went into emergency surgery Friday morning at 9am. (March 23, 2018) The doctors did not know how severe the surgery would be or exactly what they would be doing until they opened him up to see exactly what was happening. His colon was emptying into his bladder. He is in the ICU unit of Randall Children’s Hospital. His first surgery went well, but he will have 3-4 more surgeries in the next 4-6 weeks before the team of doctors will know more. He’s a fighter and God has been good. His mom and dad are staying in Portland with him and need our help. Please consider helping relieve this financial burden. Blake and Ashlee now face medical bills, medication/supplement costs, travel expenses & being present for several appointments each week, both will be unable to work for the next month & therefore their finances will suffer. It is unclear when Ashlee will be able to return to work. I will update you when I know more. For the meantime, just keep him in your prayers. We are very hopeful that everything will go smoothly. The hospital staff have been incredible. We know we have amazing prayer warriors out there please cover this family.
