Concerned Citizens Chester, WV

Chester City Ordinance #329 states anyone desiring to establish a mobile home park (includes RVs) must first acquire a permit. Additionally, there must be at least 5 acres of land. The City of Chester has been made aware of the situation where a landowner in the “Upper End” of Chester is currently establishing a “RV Park” without a permit or the appropriate amount of land.
