Help for my daughter

My daughter has to move this week. The father of the baby waited until the day after Christmas to take the child, block her visit with the second child by siding with her father and providing false testimony in Oregon court.
He just won a eviction case against her but there is still a custody case pending. It involves evaluation of both parents. He, the Ex and her mother are trying to destroy her and make her homeless so she can't have her children. It has cost her $8000 so far to defend herself and I have exhausted my resources helping her fight them. She is a good mother and works very hard to support them.
He didn't want her to have a job and tried to have her fired on more than one occasion. He tried to keep her isolated by telling her friends to stay away from her. He didn't want her to have her car and tried to stop me from working on it when it was needed. This a jealous, vindictive and insecure little man. He wanted full control of every aspect of her life. He bought an engagement ring last year but due to his behavior, she returned it.
Things seemed to be getting better and they had a wonderful Christmas but that was a ploy. When she went to pick up the second child, she learned he had contacted the father as to prevent her scheduled two week visit. When she called him he told her he was keeping the baby and will take custody of her. The evaluation is costing both $1500 a piece.
He knows he doesn't have a case and this is just another example of the mental, physical and financial abuse she has had to endure the last two of four years.
We are not in the habit of asking for help. Everything she has she got for herself and the same goes for me but at this point we need the help.
She has no record nore is she addicted to any substances.
It would mean a lot to her if she could get some outside help. It would renew her faith in people again. Me too.
These people are the perfect example of what is wrong with our society today. CONTROL
