Cathy New York Memorial

This is in memory of our beloved mother, wife, sister, grandmother, and friend, Cathy Spencer. Cathy and her husband, Warren, loved to visit New York City together and have a bench in Central Park with their names on it that commemorates their love and their marriage.

Instead of flowers or other gifts, we would like to encourage all friends and family wanting to give a gift, share a memory, or share their condolences, to please help us send Warren back to New York for a week, to celebrate Cathy's life and their relationship in the place that meant so much to both of them, as well as help contribute to the cost of a NY Times obituary in Cathy's honor.


This fund is being set up by his family as a surprise gift, to be given to Warren at Cathy's Seattle memorial the weekend of November 9th/10th.


Cathy has meant so much to all of us. We love her with all our hearts and she will be missed an amount that is simply unable to be put into words. She is the most amazing, kind, and giving person. Please help us to honor her memory by sending the man who loved her most to their favorite place, so they can be together again and enjoy their bench in the city that they loved.
