Help M.E. sufferer’s quality of life

Imagine if a sound could make you panic or fly into a rage? That’s what it’s like living with Misophonia, a strong negative response or sensitivity to sounds in certain circumstances.
I have multiple chronic conditions, starting with M.E. which was first diagnosed 13 years ago. I also have fibromyalgia, chronic pain, chronic depression and mental health difficulties, and chronic neck arthritis. Consequently, I cannot work enough to fully support myself. I often need to sleep or rest during the day, when other people are at their busiest.
Recent studies have shown that out of all groups of illness, those suffering with ME/CFS have by far the worst quality of life out of all.
My flat is lovely, but the walls carry the sound from all the other flats, and the sounds cause me to panic, get angry, shout and so on. It’s not their fault, they’re just living. So I need a solution: to sound isolate my bedroom so i can no longer hear these sounds, and then get some good quality rest at last.
The planned acoustic work to my bedroom requires in essence building a room within the room to isolate it from all the surrounding sounds. A double layer of special acoustic plasterboard (sound bloc) layered with green glue, acoustic sealant, and attached to bars that are isolated from the studs by isomax clips. Then the cavity would be filled with Rockwool. (The same on the ceiling). I am saving up for this work, but as I am on disability income, it’s very hard work.
If you could please consider donating something to help me that would really be so gratefully received. Even just £5 would mean so much to me.
I estimate the materials to be around £800-1000. And labour to be £500-600.
