Reunion For BCMC Classes of 97'-15'

Believe it or not it is quickly coming up on that time everyone! As crazy as it may seem it has now been at least an entire DECADE (give or take) since we have all graduated, for some of us even TWO! Where has the time gone?! A lot of us have even gone the entire time without as much as seeing or keeping in touch with our fellow BCMC classmates! What a better time than now to break that streak! How great would it be to catch up with the people we all had to spend so much of our time around as young adults? To see how much or how little everyone has changed, to possibly even reconnect after all of this time, ect. The are dozens of great possibilities! Well this is our chance Gateway- Penn Hill's- Plum- & Woodland Hill's Classes of 1997-2015!!! I have taken initiative and decided to make this Gofundme after discovering just how many fellow alumni have been waiting for something like this to be planned. This was set up in an attempt to strictly raise the funds needed to make this reunion a success by the end of Summer or Fall 2019. I have chosen the Summer or Fall for this event to hopefully make it easier on any parent's whom would like to or have no other option but to bring their child/children along. If the appropriate funds are able to be collected in time the reunion will be held in or around Monroeville, PA. Again please keep in mind that this will be a FAMILY FRIENDLY event considering many of us have spent a portion of these last 10 years building a family of our own. If anyone is still unsure of what that entails please note as previously stated [(Children could and more than likely will be joining us for this special event!)] All BCMC Alumni (Yes that includes BOTH Faculty & Students) who plan on attending or expect to be able to are asked to PLEASE consider sharing and donating whatever you can afford towards this Gofundme. Your generosity will in turn make you a huge part of what helped make this memorable event possible. Donating is of course COMPLETELY optional but do note that the more we are able to raise towards the event the more likely it will be made possible and the more amazing it will be for everyone involved. So far I am the only person attempting to plan this so ANYTHING helps. Random examples of help could include anything from: Volunteering to bring a dish/ wanting to show off your artistic skills by helping make and/or put up decorations/ You know someone who is obsessed with things like Etsy that is amazing at putting together little take home favors (and the like) because of it that would be willing to help the cause/ You want to make a lasting impression by doing a performance for everyone attending the reunion/ You are experienced in event planning/ You can offer help with planning this IN ANY WAY/ ect. My goal is to try and get at least 300 people to RSVP to this event. This in turn does not make this a cheap event to plan/throw even if the place it is thrown at isn't the most extravagant. So the total donation goal I am going to list is just a rough estimate of how much I believe will be the minimum amount absolutely necessary to make the event happen based on the research I have done so far. It will be based off of a count of 300 possible guests. As I find out more about the pricing of each and every tedious thing involved in the planning of this potentionally huge event and as the RSVP's add up I will keep everyone following this updated on the changed end goal amount. Can everyone that sees this please take a moment of your time and at the very least share this? (It doesn't have to be just once either) Better yet! You could also go the extra mile and tag everyone you know from the classes of 1997-2015. Lets get the word out the best that we can everyone!!! It is the only way to make this highly memorable event in our lives possible!!! We have plenty of time to get this to gain traction before the money will be due to RSVP to the venue the reunion will be held at but the sooner it's raised the better!!!
