Elaine Lois Smith Tribute Gift To PF

The family of Elaine would like to donate to the Parkinson's Foundation as a tribute to her life. She fought hard to the end against this disease and in light of the research for a cure and support for the living that PF does, we would love to give as much as we can in her name.
