Sheltie Attacked-help Nellie

Gail Gigi’s little Nellie was viciously attacked by a pit bull that came out of nowhere. Her injuries are very severe but Gail had to bring her home to care for her due to enormous fee for care at vet hospital. Can we help her with expenses??
