Support Chris (CJ) & Priscilla

Chris (CJ) Brandhorst is the Pastor at Memorial Baptist Church - Virginia Mines Campus located in Lonedell, MO. He also works part time at Fed-Ex to help support his family. On February 9, 2018, CJ was involved in a motorcycle accident and was airlifted out with serious injuries. After being evaluated at the hospital they found that he had injuries to his spine and spinal cord, as well as several broken ribs that punchured one of his lungs. In the initial CT scan he did not show any brain damage, but during this process his brain has started to swell and he has had several mini strokes. He had surgery on his back to fuse together four vertebrae. He also had surgery to repair his broken ribs. He has been sedated and on a ventilator in the ICU since the accident happened and has not moved his legs or right arm, but he has had movement in his left side. He is the sole bread winner for his family as his wife, Priscilla, stays home to help take care of the kids. They have a very long road ahead of them for recovery. We are creating this fundraiser in hopes of taking some stress out of that journey by helping with living expenses for the family as they now have no income and are faced with all of that on top of this tragedy.
