Allison Goff's benefit page

I am raising money for my health. I am needing to receive multiple additional tests, a hysterectomy and my gallbladder removed. I have 2 different diagnosed autoimmune disorders (Hashimoto's syndrome and Mixed connective tissue disease/MCTD) that put me at "high risk" and in need of specialized care. I do not have insurance and do not have the luxury of waiting any longer. Any and all assistance and positive thoughts I will greatly appreciate.
