Pit Bull Attack On My Child

My daughter was viciously attacked by a large pit bull at a friends house. She was told the dog was friendly . It lunged for her and 4 people had to pull dog off her. Her face needs major reconstructive surgury. She has no health insurance and we can not afford even the meds she needs not to mention the plastic surgury she will need to recover.
