Please Help Save A Home

The family home that we grew up in, the one my mom worked so hard to keep, is now in Jeopardy of being taken away from my sister since my mom passed away without a will. I was trying to raise money to help her stay in our family home with little success if at all really none we tried go fund me to try and help to repair and save her home but no luck. We only raised 500 dollars but we ended up using it to pay a bill at the house. We are reopening a new go fund me account once more to ask for your help as it is coming close to it being taken away. Our story: My sister herself has gone through her struggles in life since becoming a paraplegic in 1990 from a car accident. Since then her husband had left her and their three daughters, leaving my mom to help raise her kids alone, since that time my dad had also left my mom. Throughout that struggle my sister has gone through hard, strenuous and emotional dark times and it really left no one else to take care of my sister and her children. That was when my mom and family had stepped in to help as much as we could, but the big toll was mainly on my mom who dedicated the rest of her life caring for my sister her daughters and the grandchildren that came along. Eventually my brothers and sister left home to raise children of our own which made it really difficult for us to help with some of the struggles they've gone through. Our mom passed away on December 2013 due to a brain aneurism and left my My sister devastated who now stays home alone. My sister was going through hard and emotional moments and raising grandchildren trying her best to support the house payment and bills alone with her disability checks and no other income. We have tried seeking help and because the house is not under my sister's name it has become a difficult task. Our family home (her home) despite the fact that it needs a lot of repairs, may now be going into foreclosure if we cannot come up with the money to get a probate lawyer and pay the arrears of what the payments are behind. So with a heavy heart I ask that if there is anyone out there that can extend a helping hand to help my sister keep her home please , and know that it would be greatly appreciated.
