Ms. Vickie Williams was a deeply beloved pillar of our community who returned to her essence on Friday morning, March 3, 2017. Ms. Williams own Life Enrichment Book Store (LEMS), Seattle's oldest Black owned Bookstore in Seattle. LEMS was the epicenter of social justice organizing in the Northwest and a welcoming space to writers, musitians, filmmakers, poets, International intellectuals, thought leaders and change makers
Most of all Ms. Vickie was a deelpy love partner, mother, and auntie to hundreds of children including her own nieces and nephews. Help us support Ms. Vickie's family give her a homegoing to ease the finacial burden of unexpected funeral cost to her family.
