raise money for stem cell treatment

My name is Gunnar Young. When I was ten years old I was diagnosed with Brain cancer I had a Mudulablastomia Brain tumor on my Brain stem. I had surgery to remove most of the tumor, Unfortunately they couldn't remove all of it because it was on the brain-stem and if they touched it it could paralyze me from the neck down. I then underwent Chemotherapy and Radiation treatments. I received Radiation for 31 straight days and one year of Chemotherapy. The Radiation fried my throat so bad I couldn't even swallow. The Chemotherapy stunted and completely stopped my growth. It also made me completely deaf in the right ear a side effect from Cisplatin a component in Chemotherapy. That was the hardest thing I have ever endured in my life. The make a wish foundation flew me out to California and I rode in the original Batmobile with Adam West. I also appeared on the Sharron Osbourne show where I met Sharron and Ozzy Osbourne. Life was pretty good. Then to make things worse six years later I had a Brain aneurysm removed from my head. Doctors said it was a result of the treatments used to battle the Brain cancer. Now I suffer from a serious pain in my head supposedly from the severed nerves from the surgeries. Also I am deaf in my right ear so this makes it really hard to communicate with others and is frustrating. In some ways you feel isolated because you can communicate with people. I researched that stem cells can fix the pain in my head and could help my hearing as well. Unfortunately medical insurrance won't cover this procedure so you must pay for it yourself. Nothing would make me happier then to recieve my hearing back and take this pain in my head away. It would be a complete dream come true.
