Golden Years Doug

Douglas aka GOLDEN YEARS DOUG as some of you WGNA 107.7 listeners may know him as. Has been fighting interstitial lung disease for 2 years. They gave him 18 months to live about 24 months ago, but he's beaten those odds. Still fighting that fight. He has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer. He's been through 2 very painful lung biopsies trying to recover still from the most recent one. It's been a tough road so far but making the best of it. Oncology appointments are in the near future as well as treatment to fight this beast . He's fighting this as he says with NO FEAR. His wife Dawn, 3 boys, daughter in-law 2 grand babies and all the family are fighting this fight along side him. Hes gained many wonderful friends and says your GOLDEN YEARS ARE NOW and live life to the fullest. He intends on enjoying his GOLDEN YEARS while fighting the beasts with in.
