Help Juan Romero’s Hospital Expenses

Last night Juan made the unfortunate mistake of going by himself in what was supposed to be him meeting someone to buy a phone from and was jumped when going to meet them in San Antonio. When getting the money out he was pepper sprayed by one guy while another punched him in the nose and held a gun at his head while telling him to give them everything he had. During this, they took his wallet with everything inside. This included the money he was gonna use to buy the phone along with money he made that was gonna pay for his rent that is due. Thankfully he was able to get away from them while on the phone with 911 and get home safely even with pepper spray all over his face after they attempted to follow him. After talking to the cops and giving them all the information he could, he went to the hospital and thankfully only suffered a nose contusion. However, his hospital bill has been estimated to be close to $900 including copay. We just want to make sure it’s covered as well as his rent and any extra will be donated to the nonprofit Stop Soldier Suicide. Being in college and working makes him losing his money for rent and an extra extremely hard on both him and his family and were asking for your help and support with this financial burden - anything helps. There is a lot of evil in this world and mistakes were made but we can only try and move on from this horrible incident and ask for your help.
