My name is Anna Dobritt. Someone hacked my PayPal account and ran up a bunch of overdraft fees on my credit union account.  When my SSI was deposited today May 1st, I am left with a negative balance of 40 dollars and no money to buy groceries this month. I only get 16 dollars a month on my bridge card (food stamps).  Please help if you can. Thank you.
