Help Feed Burlington Township

My name is Master Sergeant Dennis Eberly and I am stationed at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. A few months back I took the lead in a community outreach volunteer opportunity at the Burlington Township Food Pantry. The purpose of the food pantry is to provide quality food for families who live, work or worship in Burlington Township in a collaborative effort with multiple community partners. This food pantry is an all volunteer based, 501 c(3) non-profit organization. The problem at hand is, due to old age and wear & tear, 7 of the 18 refrigerator/freezers are unable to be used for food storage. Recently, two deliveries had to be cut short by 12K lbs of food due to the lack of cold storage room. This food pantry is responsible for serving over 4,800 families per year. So in an effort to purchase new freezers and refrigerators, donations are being asked of. Every little bit will help. Thank you!
