Agent RobertoPonce Medical Expenses

Donation protected
We are raising funds to help cover medical expenses for CBP Marine Interdiction Agent Roberto Ponce who has been diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. He thought he had the flu in December and rapidly declined within one month – ultimately getting this devastating diagnosis. Although the primary is colon, it has spread to his liver and abdomen. He is in a fight for his life!

Roberto graduated from University of Cincinnati in 2001 and immediately joined the US Border Patrol in the El Centro CA Sector. He transferred to the Great Lakes/Detroit region and found his passion as a CBP marine agent patrolling the great lakes. Most recently, he has been assigned as an instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center working with the newest CBP agents. Roberto grew up in Puerto Rico and attended military schools where he studied and participated in the honor guard which developed his passion for properly “guarding the colors.” He was able to utilize this knowledge by becoming the Air and Marine Honor Guard captain for CBP. He has a deep passion for being present as an agency representative for fallen officers and their families – especially the yearly police week in DC and at other CBP ceremonial events.

Roberto is married to Jennifer for 18 years and they have twelve year old identical twin daughters who are his pride and joy!

Your donation will be used to ensure that the family can pay down the medical costs and focus on getting him back “on the podium” and calling commands! His work in the name of God here is not done!

Thank you so much for helping!
