Monica’s Fundraiser

On Wednesday September 12th, at approx 8:30pm, my mother was shot in the head by my father (that is now in custody with several charges). Later that night, my mother was flown from YRMC to a local Phoenix Hospital; where she had surgery for the wounds on the back of her head. All kids are safe and sound with their closest friends and family. None of the kids got hurt from this tragic event. She is a mother to 3 kids (a 21 year old young women [me], 11 and 9 year old boys), A sister to 4 other siblings, a daughter to her lovely parents, a cousin and an aunt to many other family members. We are asking for prayers for a speedy recovery and would love for any donations that could help with the bills. My mother does not have any medical insurance and would like any help that can help us in any way or form. Thank you in advance. Update: September 14, 2018 My mother is now breathing on her own and is slowly talking on her own. It is still unknown as to when she is able to leave the hospital. Quote from my mother: “Unfortunately this has happened out of no where but I normally don’t ask for help from anyone. But at this moment, anything can help with my medical bills and for my children.
