Hurricane Harvey Devastation

My name is Melanie and I am a former teacher at Raymond Academy in Aldine ISD. With the devastation from Hurricane Harvey, I have found many of my teacher friends, old students and their families are displaced from their homes and have lost everything from furniture to irreplaceable photo albums. I'm hoping to raise money to help the students at my old school in Houston replace some of the items they have lost: school uniforms, backpacks, undergarments, blankets, towels, pillows, etc. All money raised will help to pay for these essentials for Raymond families.
Two years ago when Hurricane Patricia rolled through, many of these families were displaced and lost most of their possessions. They are unfortunately back in the same situation as they were then. I might not be able to replace those precious items that have been lost, but I'm hoping to help ease the pressure of losing these essentials.
