False Accusations: #STOPtheWarOnMen

During the early 80's, I was (see link here: falsely accused of rape) in Brookline, Massachusetts by a white woman who was cheating on her out-of-town boyfriend; a woman whom I never met and the police knew I didn't commit the "crime". An overzealous white female DA proceeded on pushing for my indictment despite the Brookline detectives assuring her of my innocence. Even though the false accuser recanted three hours before I was to be indicted, the charge still appears on in-depth background searches to this day and the Town of Brookline is protecting her identity as a "victim" according to Massachusetts law.
I live in an area where in-depth security checks are conducted for purposes of employment and I don't know to the extent this charge is negatively affected my ability to acquire a job since 2014. I received feedback from one potential employer that an extended background search was required because of a sex crime-related ping.
The Suffolk County DA's office and Town of Brookline has neglected (despite my formal request) to remove the false accusation from my record; an accusation of which I was never formerly charged. I have to go back to Massachusetts (travel, legal expenses), attempt to clear my name and work to hopefully make the Commonwealth of Massachusetts change the law that protect false accusers by erroneously awarding them "victim" status.
When I exceed the goal, I will establish a nonprofit that will go state-by-state to remove the protections false accusers enjoy.
Thank you for your support.
