A second chance

Hello, My name is Alexander. When I was 9 years old I was diagnosed with diabetes. Today im type 1 diabetic. 4 months ago I got diagnosed with kidney disease . I've been struggling financially for medications with no health insurance its been rough. I lost everything .I go to dialysis 3 times a week waiting and hoping for a new kidney every day ... im in need of a new kidney to stay alive. Please any bit helps. Thank you.
