New Haven Police Officer Thomas Murray was traveling home when he was struck head-on by a vehicle traveling the wrong way on Interstate 91. The crash left Thomas seriously injured with compound fractures to both legs, multiple fractures to his pelvis, several broken ribs, and a fractured hand among other injuries.Thomas is a beloved patrol officer who served the community for many years.
