Phala Neuo

On March 31st @ approximately 11: 43am we lost our dearest Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Mother, and Friend Phala. Our family got a devastating phone call that she was in a fatal car wreck and had succumbed to her injuries via her arrival to the hospital. It was very heartbreaking to hear that our loved one has passed away so suddenly. We won’t be able to hear her voice or the sound of her laughter anymore .. along with the shock and grief all we have left are the memories we hold dear to our hearts, the memories of the joy and laughter we all shared with her. Phala was always so humbled, she always had jokes when she walked into the room. She leaves behind her three daughters Isabella, Destiny, Leilani and son Palani.. also her partner Juan her Parents, four brother and four sisters and beloved friends.
