John Benedek Family Fund

I am sure you have all seen the news lately about a man that lost his life because some crazy poor excuse for a man thought it was ok to shoot someone over work done on his car. To everyone that knew John knows what an amazing man and father the he was to his son an also stepfather  to Courtney, Eric and a Pap to Emma. I can’t think of a time that I spent with John that he didn’t make us laugh. Jace is his one and only son, he was and I am sure probably still is his heaven and earth. Jace will never get to see his father on this earth again. He is eleven years old and has lost his best friend and father. John was at every football game with his son, he drove Jace to school every morning because the bus picked him up on the opposite side of the road and John was afraid he could be in danger while waiting for the bus. He would drive him down to Cogos for a drink and then off to school he went. Next week is Jace’s football banquet, Bobbijo is a mess. Not only is she missing her other half but she also has to worry about her son that is torn apart over his Dad not coming home. She doesn’t know what to do about the banquet that her and John were so looking forward to with their son Jace. Bobbijo and Jace will now stand alone because John was taken away because of this senseless act. So next week and for the rest of his life Jace will be without the support of his father, not only emotionally but also financially. I wanted to start this to help Bobbijo and Jace go on with their lives without John and not have to think about how they are going to survive without his financial support. All of the family and friends are here to support them in a huge way but we would like to try and lift the financial burden from them.
