Elba Enid Monroig

My sister Elba Enid Monroig was missing for 3 weeks and we found her body lifeless in the basement of her own home on 10/27/2017 her murderer was living in her home too. one person is caught 2 under investigation I cant believe that they continuously lied about the whereabouts of my sister and lied to our faces that he had no clue where she could be I called every hospital in philly and no one with her name nor any Jane Does .I finally entered my sisters home and i already knew that my sister could be there but where the foul odor of human flesh was strong I had to play it off though because we were inside the home with people not knowing there intentions sure enough i learned thst I had to stay safe with my son zi managed to call the police waited all day and they got there and I found out my sister was murdered. I am trying to give my sister a closed casket funeral service and I need help by raising money we have no immediate family here in Philadelphia now she was my only sibling Justice For Elba Enid Monroig
