Shoalhaven AWL NSW
Donation protected
The Shoalhaven branch of Animal Welfare League NSW has been helping animals in the Shoalhaven for over 45 years. The branch is run entirely by volunteers and relies on fundraising and donations from the public to fund their work. The branch assists with rehoming animals. They also run a subsidised desexing program for those on low income to help stop unwanted litters entering our already full shelter system. They also run a program to help the pets of the Shoalhaven’s homeless. Our homeless rely on their pets for company and they are invaluable for mental health reasons. The Shoalhaven branch hold a free vet clinic once a month where they can receive free desexing, vaccinations and microchipping as well as food and bedding. They are also able to speak with a vet about any concerns they may have for their animals.
