For Our Army Soldier

Hello everyone my Name is Tyrone Hassel Jr. I am the Father of Tyrone Hassel III who was recently shot and killed on New Year’s Eve just before midnight. Little Ty is what we called him so from here on I will refer to him as that. He was a wonderful kid who was a honor roll student all throughout school who graduated at the top of his class. He earned himself a honors scholarship at Grand Vally State University. While attending Grand Vally for the second year He decided that he wanted to join the army and fight for our Country. He was proud to be a soldier who is now named Sgt. Hassel. Sgt. Hassel had just came off a tour in South Korea but was stationed at Fort Stewart in Georgia. He came home for Christmas as he would always try to come home once a year. His death is a shock to everyone that knows him because he was loved by all. Sgt Hassel was gunned down on his own door step after delivering a plate of food to his wife and 1 year old son. I was raising money to give as a reward but was contacted by GoFundMe saying that I couldn’t do that. So all the money raised will go toward help getting justice for my son. The foundation of the headstone that the military doesn’t cover although they does cover the basic plate. Traveling expenses to return all of his belongings home from Georgia to Michigan, and legal fees that we need to cover to get things going our way because the person responsible for his death is still in charge of everything, which is his wife. We would have to wait for a conviction that may take 6 to 9 months before anything can be reversed. If we wait till trial is over we can loose all of his belongings to the state of Georgia.
