Help Me After Being Hit By A Car

1/14/19 I was crossing at a crosswalk and a car ran a red light and hit me. I have 3 fractures in my back, two sprained hips, two fractured toes, a sprained ankle, a fractured tailbone, and a sprained neck. I am out of work indefinitely and still have to pay my bills. Anything helps. I go to the doctor regularly and it seems like each time they add to my list of injuries and problems. I'm very scared and could also use emotional support.
