My Dads Passing

Ok, I have been holding off making a GoFundMe Page for my dad for a very long time. My dad, Christopher Brehant is 51 years old. He is a loving, caring and just in general an amazing person and father and husband. My father started decling in his health in 2015. In October 2015 he went on Social Security Disability. Throughout the years of 2015 to now my dad has had some serious medical expenses. My dad has had both his hips replaced, a heart surgery, he has been in the hospital/nursing rehab for a total of 563 days in the past 2 years, 3 blood transfusions, 1 stroke, 1 heart attack and he has a lot of mental problems such as ADHD, severe anxiety and depression and symptoms of dementia. He has also died 3 times; the longest time was 3 minutes and 52 seconds. He can take up to 52 medications a day. He has many other medical problems such as cardiomyopathy, congestive heart failure, diabetes, liver failure, kidney failure and an arthritis disease called Ankylosing Spondylitis and many other medical problems. The reason why we need the money is because my dad is in a nursing home, and his insurance company only pays for 30 days after that we have to pay. They are going to take his SSD. They will possibly take our car, his life insurance policy and some money from my mom's paycheck. My mom works 2 part time jobs and I am 19 and working a part time job. We need 30,000 dollars for medical bills and not only that for my mom and I or be able to live in our house and survive.
