Revision of Upper Lip Tie for William

Here is a little info on a upper lip frenulum:
The upper lip frenulum (lip-tie) is located under the top lip, in the center, and attaches the lip to the upper gums. In some infants, it is attached further down the gums.
For toddlers, an attached upper lip frenulum can cause other developmental problems, including speech delays. For toddlers who have developed intellectually and in a way that is appropriate for their age, but still have a speech delay, the attached upper lip frenulum could be to blame.
The upper lip is more restricted, making it more difficult to pronounce certain sounds and articulate clearly.
Not having it snipped could further delay the child 's expressive language development, which in turn affects the ability to participate in preschool.
It can also cause tooth decay because the lip is holding milk, formula or foods, etc. against the teeth which can cause them to rot. It can also cause a gap in between the teeth which later might need braces to correct, who wants to wear braces?
This is the case for William as I noticed his top 2 front teeth are decaying at the top by the gums, as well as, the 2 next to them having small spots.

Williams daddy was recently let go from his job so paying for this is nearly impossible for us at this time. And Dr. Kotlows office does not accept our medicaid insurance.

We are trying to raise the money to have Williams lip tie revised by Dr. Kotlow, a pedatric dentist in Albany,NY which is about 4 hour drive for us.
He is highly recommended and the best of the best.
After the lip tie is revised we can address the tooth decay and hopefully save his little baby teeth.
