Please Help My Dad Get Diabetic Supplies

My dad has type 2 diabetes which he got from his father and has been dealing with it since his 30’s. He’s now 52 years old, he’s lost a toe due to gangrene but overall, he is doing well. He keeps track of his blood sugar on a regular basis and uses Novolin insulin. A 10ml bottle of it lasts about one week or 10 days. We’ve been in a very bad broke rut for a few months now. My dad lost his car due to not being able to make the payments on it and we barely get by with rent, bills and necessities every month. Right now, he has no insulin or test strips. He gets his insulin from Walmart for $25. He doesn’t see a primary doctor because he doesn’t have insurance and he can’t afford the out of pocket co-pay.
