Sherry Shull's kidney transplant
Donation protected
Major update Sherry was called Tuesday around 6pm and told to be in Georgia by 8pm that night and by 6 am Wednesday morning she had a kidney! The transplant in itself went well but a few complications caused her to be in the ICU until last night when she was moved to her room I want to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers and to the ones who were able to help with donations any amount that you can spare is a blessing as I have been here with her and not able to work and have no time frame as to when I can return to work and even if I will have a job to go back to but any sacrifice is worth it to give her a chance at a better and longer life , she has been on dialysis almost 12 years now and it has really taken its toll on us . But now she has a new lease on life we have a long hard road to travel to keep her healthy and to keep her body from rejecting the kidney , once she is able to go home it will require us to make a 2 hour drive one way from the house to the hospital 2 to 3 times a week for testing and treatment , so If you can spare any amount for a donation it will go a long way in offsetting the huge expense we have in front of us , God bless you and thank you
