Deseret Hospital is always in fear of being flooded each time the rain clouds start to form. Doctors put off any surgical cases because the surgical theater is on the groung floor, Nurses become worried because there Pediatric wards are on the ground floor and the Nurse Midwives worry the most because when the floods come, it starts with the maternity wards and newly born babies have become infected due to the dirt and filt then are carried accros to safety..

Mothers who undergo CS sometimes get infected wounds also. These and many more are the reasons for which Deseret Hospital has the need for donor suppot in order to raise funds to raise the grounds above the streets and floods.
