Dennis's Mission Trip To Honduras

My name is Dennis, i'm 18 years old. My Youth Pastor offered me a great opportunity to go toHonduras this summer on a mission trip for the glory of Jesus Christ. Now there are some serious problems going on in Honduras, and drugs are causing most of them. There is a curretnly a gang called the "Maras" taking over the country. There are drug wars going on constantly, and the children are forced join gangs at young ages. In 2013, Honduras was the murder capitol of the world , and it is a contender again this year. The situation is very desperate, and Jesus is the only cure. On this trip I will be praying for families in homes, caring for the sick, worshipping with the addicted, and doing any hands on work that's needed. We will also be serving at the Sparrow Missions Children's Home, it is a local orphanange for kids have lost their parents. There will also be discipleship classes so that I can grow in my faith.  I'm really excited for this mission trip, I've been hoping for an opportunity like this for a while, now, as I'm prayerful considering becoming a missionary. I really want to serve God's kingdom and bring him glory.  So I am thankful for the opportunity to do just that in Honduras.
