The ARC (Atlantis Rejuvenation Center)

Back in 2012 i was able to manifest a life time dream and vision, The ARC (Atlantis Rejuvenation Center), on the magical island of Bimini, Bahamas. The property was owned previously by an old friend of mine Lee Smith, who sadly passed away from Cancer in 2009. Both Lee's vision and mine was to be of service to others in the form of having a place for people to come and stay for spiritual holidays, visiting Bimini's sacred Atlantean sites and to be rejuvenated. After Lee's passing his family offered the property to me for a good price due to the amount of renovations needed to be done to the properties that i was to take on at my own expense. I managed to raise enough money to renovate the entire place, which has taken the past 2 years bringing it back from a negelected wreck crumbling into the sea to what it is today. His family originally offered me a 2 year private mortgage, with a 3rd year option at 5% interest that would start from the time of the completed sale. Due to hold ups beyond both our controls due to the Investment Board of the Bahamas, we are 2 years behind schedule and the family now needs to realise cash from the deal in order to appease other inheritors of Lee's estate. So by August 2014, we need to raise $185,000 which is outstanding on the sale. To date (May 2014) we have raised 31% towards this goal. 
The ARC is a vegan retreat center that offers trips out to swim with wild dolphins, yoga, meditation & healthy detox retreats that have been described as "life changing" and "totally rejuvenating" by those friends & family who have stayed here. 
This entire project has been one of divine manifestation at its best, so i trust that the Universe would not have brought us this far without finding the means by which to fulfill this dream.

May Update: 
The Bahamas Investment Board has miraculously given the go ahead for the permits in a move that has even shocked my lawyer. But the sellers still are adament that they require the full $185,000 to be paid off in full by August 2014 or the property is to be put up for sale on the open market. 
As you can imagine, i am in contact with everyone i can think of and a pledge of (50k) has come forth in the past few days.
