House burn down

I was living in a storage building while looking for me a house. Unfortunately, the building caught on fire with all of mt things in it. I'm a diable man trying to find me a place to stay & recover the important things I loss.
Shanda stepp is my friend and neighbor.. She will be helping me recover my personal id as it got burnt up in the house.. I have known her for about 8 years and trust her with this transaction as i do not have a bank account myself.  Once the transaction is complete i will be able to get back my personal id and find another home.. Cannot get house or bank account with out proof of id.Shanda stepp is my friend and neighbor. She is going to do this transaction to help me get my personal id back. I trust her and she has a bank account as i cant have one without any. She is just going to help until i can help myself again. Well to have gofund for helpin me does not do me any good has lost everything why i cant get money other people send not understand if it was a scam be different but im in need of help
