Providing Wigs to Cancer Patients

Donation protected
Established in 2001, The Cancer Foundation for Personal Appearance was formed as a 501-C-(3), non-profit organization to provide free wigs for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and/or radiation treatment who were unable to afford them.

During this period more than 750 women and children cancer patients have been served by the Foundation. Last year, 49 people received these services, including other personal cosmetic assistance.

I’m now urging my new friends, longtime contributors and followers to make a tax-deductible donation to the Foundation; in whatever amount you are comfortable, via this 'go fund me' page.

Your donations will allow us to carry out our important mission.  A decline in inventory and a busy request for assistance from new disadvantaged cancer patients in the last quarter of 2015 left the Foundation struggling.

Your welcomed donation will give us the means and an inspirational jolt needed to both carry out our ongoing mission and start many new exciting outreach events we have planned for the future months.

I hope you enjoy our attached video and website and this gives you a further understanding of the Cancer Foundation’s unique and humanitarian workings with the many cancer patients in our region and beyond. And we want to extend a special thank you from all of the patients we serve.

      Thank you,
