Jeff Jenkins

My Name is Joe Jenkins, I am a resident of Lake Orion, Mi for over 51 years, I wanted to start this fundraising page on behalf of my younger brother Jeff Jenkins and his family who live in Texas.  In February of 2014 Jeff was diagnosed with the end stages of Cirrhosis of the liver.  Since then he has been in and out of the hospital for many infections in his liver.  The Doctors are trying to keep him stable and comfortable long enough for them to get his Medicad to go through, because he does not have insurance.  
   He needs a liver transplant A.S.A.P. and they won't even consider putting him on a list for a transplant until the insurance goes through.  Jeff and his wife Lavada have 5 children (Anna, Bud, Trisha, Crystal, Jeffery) and 8 grandchildren.  Each and everyone of them are doing all they can emotionally and finacially, but it is just not enough.  We are hoping that with starting this page, we can raise enough money for every day living expensives, medical bills, and medication because Jeff is no longer able to work.  Continued prayers & donations are greatly needed and appreciated..
