Bailey's Riding on a Dream

My name is Katie Dailey, and I have had the greatest privledge of getting to know Miss Bailey Kay Hutson and her wonderful family. Bailey has blessed my life in more ways than one and continues to do so each and everyday. Three words that I would use to describe her; determined, passionate and selfless.

Every goal begins with a dream, and I am determined to make this dream come true for this special little lady who is a huge inspiration to everyone she meets. I encourage you to join!

Bailey is 17 years old and was born with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus. She has faced every obstacle she has been faced with, head on with the biggest smile. Those obstacles she has faced include over 50 surgeries, in which she took every single one in stride. 

5 years ago, Bailey came up with the idea of purchasing land to build a facility where other special needs children and their families can go and have a experience of a lifetime. Her biggest dream is to not only have this facility but to also be able to help others.

Bailey and her family are hosting a "Bailey's Riding on a Dream" bullriding series in Lockhart. There are 5 bull ridings each month, with a grand finale hosted in Dripping Springs in January to ring in the new year.  Due to many people asking how to help; this account was created! Bailey also is in need of a new manual wheel chair so she is able to easily and comfortably work at this goal every day!
