Please help me find my smile!

The top picture is after is first surgery, the second picture is after his third surgery.
Just a brief history: My husband was in a really bad work accident just over 1 year ago. He almost lost his lfe that night, almost lost his arm. The doctors were able to save his arm however its been a very long difficult road of recovery. Part of which we had to be in a different province and we were told being his wife it was my job to look after him. So I have not been able to work as I have been helping him with his rehab and physio. I recently required some dental work (no dental insurance) and I need to replace my upper denture as I broke it last week :(
My denture is 9 years old so repairing it would be useless. I need a new one, being able to eat is very important. 
I appreciate everyone's help to obtain new teeth! Thank you so much for your generosity in helping me achieve my goal.
