Belles VS Ramsey Cty Legal Defense

In 2012 my Mother's home was burglarized in Ramsey County. Over 50,000$ in jewelry was taken including my late father’s engagement ring.
Recently, we found out that the officer in charge of the investigation, officer Thomas Rudenick referenced here: Twin Cities News; and here Pioneer Press , and was being prosecuted for PAWNING EVIDENCE, some of my Mother's jewelry included.
After hundreds of hours conducting my own investigation I have discovered an absolutely heinous chain of events leading to an utterly unacceptable situation.
I have the names of the original Thieves, and pictures of them pawning our jewelry. I have personally tracked the ring through the various pawn stores and am now being forced to buy it back!
This ring is a family heirloom and would mean an enormous amount to get it back. The "current owner" is a 3rd party retailer has offered to sell it back to us for what she paid the pawn store. The ring is worth much more than that But I can’t afford the 11,000$ she wants to get it back.
I am trying to raise enough money to retain a lawyer as to take the appropriate actions to get it back. This is what this money would be used for.
I will be releasing the names and pictures of the guilty parties. Because of a legal loophole, I may never be able to bring the thieves to justice. But I will make their names and transgressions known.
Please help my family get a significant part of our history back. We need to act quickly so the ring can not change hands another time.
Here are the current news stories relating to him: Twin Cities News & Pioneer Press And be sure to check out kare 11 next week for an in depth interview
