Help me pay for fees

My father died Apirl 24, 2014. The funeral has been taken care of, but it seems we will need a probate lawyer for all the stuff left behind.

I finally got the chance to talk to a probate lawyer over the phone and get some rough numbers as to the actual cost that everything would be, here is what he had to say:

The first hour is $100, but this will be taken out later (I assume this to be the one non-negociable fee as they'll get it whether they win or not). The overall fee based on the forseen value he said would be $2,000-3,000 (that they get paid), but of course anytime something changes hands that wasn't paid for (you didn't purchase yourself) there are taxes involved state/county and such. He said those would be another $1,000-2,000; but could include a $500 court fee.

So overall it's about $5,100; I am asking for a little more to be on the safe side (also the fees here that go to the website when you receive the money).

Anything will help, even so much as $5 a person can make all the difference.

I can if you like try to create a critter for you (drawn or digital), you can pick a creature (or mix-match of them) and I can try to make a cute little baby/chibi of it.

Breakdown:
$100: initial consultation.
$2,000-3,000: Lawyer fees.
$1,000-2,000: Taxation fees to State.
$500: Court fees.
$500-900: Misc ie travel expenses, buffer.
