Help Us Get By

This gofundme used to be just for Team Save Yoshi supporters to just casually have a place to donate to help out cause times are always hard. But,when an emergency happened in July of 2019, it was temporarily changed in order to help deal with that very important and time sensitive issue. Lucky for us, there was a community and a handful of good friends there to get us through. With their help, we made it through July, and although things will continue to be stretched and rather thin for the next few months, it should be something we can handle now.

Since July has passed and the goal of surviving July was a success, I'm reverting this gofundme to it's former purpose of being a place for friends and supporters to casually help us out here and there. Since with how things are we'll be managing but barely scrapping by getting house essentials that you cannot get with food stamps will be an ongoing issue. This includes body wash, toilet paper, and other cleaning goods. As well as my medicines which can be rather costly despite my supposed insurance.

As such, I'll try not to get into repeating myself and end it here. It's been a ride and I'm glad that things can finally begin returning to a somewhat sense of normality. I hope life continues a trend of slowly getting easier, even though I'd love it if the getting easier part could speed up, but I'll be content as long as it does not get worse. A sentiment I'm sure we can all agree on.

Right now we're still working on getting me moved to Minnesota to be with Gina and get better access to the healthcare of a city as well as the better state coverage in Minnesota. From there we will refocus 100% on getting that transplant finally so this whole ordeal can be put behind us once and for all.
