#TeamKelly needs medical support

My daughter has narcolepsy & cardiac stress syndrome... Her heart & her neurological system are not allowing her to function properly. She falls unconscious & becomes paralized for days... She needs a wheel chair, helmet, & wheel chair accessories to function safely & properly between home, school, & everywhere in between. Please help us raise money to get my baby the medical supplies that she needs to survive & keep on fighting... Thank you & God Bless
