Fight against discrimination - Jes
Donation protected
Jesika Bowers has Angelmans Syndrome and is one of happiest healthiest children I know. She is strong willed and determined with a wicked sense of humour. Jes's family
moved to Australia in 2010 and applied for permenant residency. The family's visa application was declined on the grounds that Jes' disability would be a burden to the Australian taxpayer. Sadly, the appeal was also unsuccessful leaving Jes and her family with 21 days to file an appeal with the immigration tribunal and then appeal to the Minister of Immigration to overturn the decision. Please support Jes' family in their legal battle to have their daughter accepted into Australia without disability discrimination.
Any funds that are not used fighting Jes' case will be donated to Angelmans Syndrome Association, Australia.
