Adleigh Grace is a 4-year-old little girl with terminal cancer recently placed on hospice care. Until recently, Adleigh was a bubbly, spunky, spirited, sassy, talkative, carefree, loving child but her time on Earth is being cut short after being diagnosed with DIPG just one year ago.
