Angela Spencer Relief Fund

Miss Angela, as she is fondly called by the Clairemont Elementary School community, lost everything in an electrical fire last Thursday, March 2nd. She and her third grade granddaughter, who attends the school, and the one-year-old twin boys for whom she provides a home, are all physically fine. But they need everything one can imagine to get back on their feet and rebuild their lives. Anyone who knows Miss Angela knows she is hard-working, generous, and grateful, not to mention upbeat and kind. Miss Angela even came to work last Friday the day after the fire. She is one more reason why our school community is so special, and why we are lucky to have our young ones growing up in the Clairemont nest that she and the rest of the staff have created. Anything you can contribute will help them get back on track. She is diligently looking for new permanent housing and will have to equip her kitchen, buy beds and furniture for the home, as well as replace clothes, shoes, and personal items for the entire family. The Clairemont Elementary Staff and the PTA all thank you in advance for supporting Angela Spencer and her family.
